Delivery FAQs

How long will delivery take?
Orders placed Monday – Friday are generally reviewed and dispatched within 24 hours. (1)

 

Orders placed late Friday through to weekends will be dispatched next business day (ie. Monday). (1)

 

Parcels are dispatched with StarTrack Express with sign on delivery and can take up to 1 – 3 business days from date of dispatch (2). You may use Startrack’s Transit Time Estimator (select Fixed Price Premium)

(2) While the couriers endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in the delivery network at the relevant time.
Will I receive a tracking number?

You should receive tracking updates via email from Network Express. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam mail folder.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, due to the contents of the parcels and regulations, all orders must be signed for.

 

If you are not in to receive your package, it is automatically sent to your local post office and held for 5 business days. You should be left a card, or updated online with the tracking reference number.

 

If it is not collected within this time frame, this will be returned, and there are redelivery fees associated with this.

 

Redelivery costs $19.90 due to costs incurred for return and redelivery.

Do you deliver outside Australia?

No, we do not offer delivery to any countries outside Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

We do currently allow shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, but you must ensure you use your residential address in the billing address fields on checkout.

 

Your PO box will be carded. Take this card into the post office to collect your parcel. The post office will only hold your parcel for a limited time. Failure to collect your parcel in time may result in it being returned to sender, incurring fees for redelivery.

Can I put my local post office as my delivery address?

Not directly. Post offices will return packages sent directly to them, and this will incur a $19.90 redelivery charge.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, due to the nature of the medications – all orders need to be signed for. Should the delivery address be unattended, the parcel will be brought to a local post office within the area for collection.

 

Failure to collect a parcel will result in the parcel being returned to sender. You will be charged for any fees incurred for returns and/or redeliveries.
Is Click & Collect available?
Yes, you may collect your order in-store at our pharmacy located in Norwood, South Australia 5067.
